ST. Patrick’s Day:
Why does The Island celebrate ST. Patrick’s Day?
Simple; it’s Stan Zavior’s birthday! It’s also Stan Zavior’s nickname and middle name.
ST. Zavior is Stan’s nickname, and Patrick is his middle name. So, it’s “St. Patrick Zavior”, and we celebrate with clovers because his island is shaped as one, and we celebrate with Green because it is Stan Zavior’s favorite color!
April Fools’ Day:
April Fools’ Day is Crazy-Al’s favorite party, of course. That’s because it celebrates his birthday, April 1st!
He also considers himself a fool, and, well, April Fools’ Day!
4th of July:
On July 4th, we celebrate fireworks in general, because it is considered Fireworks Day!
Easter:
Easter on The Island is considered to be the day we celebrate Eggs and surprises in general, hence why we’ve had an egg hunt, and several surprises inside the Golden Egg!
Halloween:
We celebrate Halloween with trick or treating, pumpkins, and being spooky by celebrating the start of our Autumn season!
Thanksgiving:
Every year since 2015, we’ve celebrated Thanksgiving, and honestly, we celebrate it similarly to real life, but we only consider it a day to give thanks and eat lots of turkey!
Christmas:
Every year, we celebrate Christmas (Now known as the “Holidays”) as a celebration of the end of the year, and we also get festive around The Island by making Fellys happy by sharing, giving, being friendly, bringing nostalgia (Like with those 2011 room decorations that return), and more. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year, and we also celebrate it because of the rare snowfall occurring during the party.
