Heya' Fellys!
We continue our top 28 parties countdown today with the Prehistoric Party, Dusk's second major attack on The Island.
You may be wondering, just like how you did with Dusk Week, how this is on the list. It's not about how great this party was, but it's about how well the Fellys came together to defeat Dusk once and for all!
The "party" began in July 2016, and the story was simple- Dusk had traveled to prehistoric times after building his own time machine, and simply moved a rock. Moving that one rock caused The Island to start freezing- Who knows, maybe it was an important rock where the Arcade stands today?
Dusk wanted Fellys to live on his warm island and obey him, instead of a frozen island where Fellys would just freeze. This event was such a big deal that the outer background at the time before the party showed an entire warning to Fellys from dusk in animation form. Check it out:
When the "party" began, the main focus was building the time machine that Blade started working on as fast as possible. One week later, more rooms froze, and then Fellys started panicking because the time machine wasn't done yet. Another week passes, more rooms freeze, and it was time... Fellys went back in time, tried and tried again to defeat Dusk... On July 30th, 2016, Dusk was officially defeated. A few days later, The Island was restored back to the way it was normally, and as of February 2017, the nonfunctional time machine can still be seen to this day at the Science Museum. Fellys celebrated afterwards by throwing the second annual Fellimpics 2016.
Fun fact: The first time Haze was mentioned was during this party. Haze is one of the most mysterious characters of The Island, and started an entire story and mystery about Dusk's family and what he really was like! In July 2018, nearly two years later, Haze was finally found, and took revenge on Dusk by freezing his island... Until she was also defeated.
