For the past year, Blade has been coming up with PLENTY of blueprints on the possibility of a brand new look for The Island.
Many blueprints went nowhere, while some were used early, like the Plaza, Iceberg, and Shore. But, all the blueprints are ready- And Blade is ready to host the biggest construction project in The Island history.
The "Major Island Renovation Project"!
The M.I.R.P is a project that will renovate MANY outdoor rooms, including indoors, to transform how The Island looks and will have to offer.
At Ogle Dock, you may notice that it looks pretty different already- And if you guessed that it's the new look with Water Fest decorations- You'd be right! Also, when the project is finished, Ogle Dock will officially be renamed to "Boardwalk Plaza"!

There will be plenty more outdoor renovations other than those 4, like the Park, Beach, as well as some indoor rooms like the Arcade, Care Center, and more!
Are you excited for this huge project? The project will officially be complete on August 6th, 2019!
Also, when the Pet Shop gets renovated later that month, it will be renamed to the "Pet Store"!
