Heya' Fellys!
Rewind to June 2013- Simpler times for The Island... MUCH simpler. We hosted the third ever Mountain Climb, with a twist.
The twist was making it a bigger party by combining two into one!
Thus, the Mountain Climb | Movie Festival became a thing!
With the Islandwood Party fast approaching us this month, let's take a look back at the party that did Islandwood first, almost 9 years ago!
The main attraction for the party was not exactly the mountain, but the movie genres you could act in, it was brand new to The Island and Fellys had a blast with it!
Fellys could act in...
Sci-Fi,
Mystery,
and Nature!
While it may not seem like much, there were still other movie themed attractions and decorations!
The Dance Club turned into a superstar themed "fash-inn"
The Islandwood Studios could be accessed from the Shopping Plaza during the 2nd week,
And Fellys could watch a little awards show on the best genre that they saw!
Which of course, could be voted on at the Town Center during week 2! (Nature ended up winning)
And that's only the movie part of the party.
Over at the Beacon Bay, one of the main attractions with the Mountain Climb this year was that there were brand new puzzles on the mountain!
And of course, some returning ones too...
The reward for reaching the top?
The ability to go sledding down! That's right, in 2013, there wasn't any real prize to meet you at the top like the previous two years, but you could still sled all the way down...
...and meet Fellys at the Marina! If you get bored of sledding, you could buy other ones to use at the Restaurant, too!
This party lasted from June 6th - 20th, 2013, and happened alongside the Tea Party, meaning Salaman visited throughout most of it! Do you remember this party?
