Heya' Islanders!
It is that time of year where the winner of Crab of the Year is announced! And, two years in a row, it is a Crab that has never won it before!
Congratulations to...

The Light Blue Crab!
The Light Blue Crab was discovered by me, Zachary, way back in 2012, after looking through a telescope at the moon, spotting things moving! In February 2012, at the Sky Festival, we held an operation to "rescue" the Light Blue Crabs from the moon, however, it turned out they liked it, but were willing to be adopted by us! Ever since, they have lived on The Island.
These fellas love all things space and science!
To celebrate the Crab of the Year, a new documentary series on The Island's YouTube channel will be released soon, with the first episode being about the Light Blue Crab!
Thank you to all those who've taken part in this epic February Crabness event, and once again, congratulations to the Light Blue Crab on being named Crab of the Year for 2024!
