I have a feeling this is possibly going to be The Island's most controversial update for this "New Era" timeline, but it's pretty needed for TI to stay out of the past too much.
All Crab colors (Excluding White, Black, Gold, Cyan & Aqua) will be changing to look less bright and more modern to TI's current artstyle.
For some of you, this may be sad news, as these SAME EXACT colors have been in use since Crabs were first drawn way back in December 2010- But, here's one of the other reasons why I'm changing them- They are the old MS Paint default colors. The Green Crab to this day still uses the same exact default MS Paint Green that was used on the older version of that program, so I feel it's time to stray away from that. Another reason is because some of the colors weren't right- Lavender wasn't exactly Lavender, and Violet wasn't exactly Violet- Bronze wasn't Bronze either!
I know you guys will for sure want to see how the Crabs will look after the color change, so here's a comparison GIF between the old & new looks!
I know some of you won't like this, but trust me- It's needed!
