Archipelago Games FAQ

Archipelago Games is a gaming brand that creates open world games for Desktop and Mobile devices, without any downloads. Archipelago Games was founded on April 30th, 2024, and currently has one game out, with others soon to come! It is named Archipelago because of the tropical themed of the games, as well as to represent each game being part of an archipelago.

The Island is a pretend virtual world that takes place on a grassy island inhabited by Fellys, who can adopt Crabs as pets. Exploring around The Island you can find other creatures like Dolphins, Goppers, squids, and more. There are plenty of locations such as stores, an Arcade, clubs, landmarks like Gueffro's Rock, and more.

Badges are earned by completeing tasks. For example, if you want the "Arcade Master" badge, you must purchase every Arcade prize with tickets.

There are several ways to earn Islander Tokens. You can play minigames to earn them, such as Token Fishing. You can also dig up tokens at the Token Cavern, or trade in Cloud Flowers for tokens at the Sky Park. Once every week or two, you can search around The Island for a Crystal Seashell that will reward you with 50 Tokens when found. There are plenty of ways to earn tokens, so explore around to find new ways!

Missions can only be started by going to the Laboratory, and clicking on "Missions" on the big screen.

The Felly Phone can be opened via the Inventory. Click the Felly Phone button to open it.

Yes. Several rooms require The Island+ in order to access them, like the Kraken Lounge, Blade's Room, and more.

The Island+ costs NO real money at all, that's the best part about it! Just get 1,000,000 total Islander Tokens and use it to become a The Island+ member!

You can adopt a Crab at the Pet Store, located at the Shopping Plaza, which is west of Island Central.

Crabs can be given stickers to give them a unique look. You can buy stickers at the Pet Store.

At the Pet Store, when you are looking for a Crab to adopt, you can read the personality of each Crab and see which one is right for you.

Crabs can hang out and be cared for at the Crab Tower. Be sure to regularly let your Crab play, or it might get bored and run away. If you have a Lavender Crab, don't visit rooms that are too high up. Lavender Crabs don't like heights. If you have a Copper Crab, don't visit underground rooms. Copper Crabs don't like the underground.

The Dark Green and Lime Crabs are the only Crabs that cannot be adopted from the Pet Store. To adopt a Dark Green Crab, you have to go to the Nature Center located in Camp Harlan and adopt one from there. To adopt the Lime Crab, go to the Tree Fort.

You may be seeing a party occuring, or a room has been recently renovated. Parties occur monthly, so rooms will often look different!

You may be trying to access a The Island+ exclusive room. You must have a The Island+ membership in order to visit certain rooms, including during parties. If you cannot access a room with no party going on, then that room has been closed.

The Felly Cruise docks at the Marina every now and then. You will know if it's there.

That is Dusk Island, belonging to Dusk. We shouldn't go there.

The Island turns night time when your local time is 12:00 AM.

The Pet Store is the first room to open. The room opened on February 28th, 2011.

Yes, there are some secret rooms around The Island, each being unique in some way.

Mascots are famous Fellys that organize parties for The Island, or that can be seen around The Island frequently, and that own their own rooms. For example, Yesterfesterfitz is a mascot, he's organized several parties like the Island Awards, Ski Resort Party, and more. He also owns his own island that Fellys can visit, where they can be contestants on his show "Yes!" and game show "Yesterfester's Quizfest!"

You can't use the same items that mascots use for their Crabs, but you can buy shirts and give your Crab a new hairstyle at the Crab Tower.

You cannot exactly impersonate a mascot, but you can dress similarly to them and pretend you are them, if you want.

The entire Bend Band group usually show up once a year, unless the event is major. Once a year, The Island holds an Island Jam, where the Bend Band can be met. The Bend Band can be seen during milestone Anniversary Parties (1st, 5th, 10th).

Parties are events that occur once or twice a month, and usually last for 2 - 3 weeks. Each party has a specific theme, like how a Medieval Party changed The Island into an island with castles, or how a DJ Party allowed DJs to play music across The Island.

Information regarding the next party on The Island will be, when announced, found on The Islander blog. Parties are usually announced a few weeks before they begin.

If you cannot find an item anywhere on The Island, including secret rooms, then the item is currently unavailable. Certain items will never return, however, like party hats and All-Access Passes.

You can buy shirts, shorts, wigs, accessories, and shoes at the Clothing Store, located at the Shopping Plaza, which is west of Island Central.

Once you become a The Island+ member & create a House, open the Felly Phone icon & go to the Open Homes app, and find the button to access your home.

The House Editor itself is not updated that often, but new furniture catalog pages come every month or two.

Go to the Furniture Store at the Village, and click on the cash register area to access the Furniture Catalog.

Without a home, you can only adopt few Crabs. If you want to adopt over 4 Crabs, you must own a home.
